DarX Capital ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use darxcapital.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with applicable UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form, call us, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you share. This usually includes your name, phone number, email address, residency status, where you are in the buying process and any message you send. If you go ahead with a mortgage application, we will also collect the documents and financial information the bank needs, such as your passport, visa, Emirates ID, salary details and bank statements.
Calculator inputs. The mortgage calculator works entirely in your browser. We don't store the figures you enter unless you choose to send them to us with an enquiry.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. This includes your device and browser type, pages visited, approximate location and how you arrived at the site.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and give you mortgage guidance
- To compare mortgage options and, with your agreement, submit applications to banks and lenders on your behalf
- To keep you updated on your application

- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising

We only use your information for the purposes it was collected for, or for closely related purposes you would reasonably expect.
3. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only when needed:
- Banks and lenders: to obtain mortgage offers and process your application, only with your consent
- Property-related parties: such as valuers, conveyancers and trustee offices, when needed to complete your purchase
- Service providers: who help us run our website, communications and analytics, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) and Ahrefs
- Authorities: where required by law or a valid legal request
4. Cookies and tracking
We use analytics and advertising cookies from Google, Meta and Ahrefs to understand website traffic and show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of personalised ads through your Google and Meta account settings. Blocking cookies won't stop the website from working.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above. That includes the time needed to handle your enquiry or application and to meet any legal, accounting or regulatory requirements. After that, we securely delete or anonymise it.
6. How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. These include secure transmission (HTTPS) and limiting access to staff who need it.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your information, where we don't need to keep it
- Stop or limit how we use your information, including for marketing
- Withdraw any consent you've given
